Fine Tracker is a ledger for recording fines you define. It is not a bank, payment processor for those fines, or legal advice. Official government fines remain the responsibility of the person named on the notice.

Hosts who subscribe may create groups and issue fines. Invitees may join groups they were invited to and cannot create groups or issue fines unless they subscribe.

Fine Tracker is operated by Alphesda Interactive. Subscriptions are billed by Stripe on behalf of that operator.
