Scenario
Elena parks for work. Tickets arrive on the windscreen and in the mail. She used to lose the paper and miss the early-pay window.
She subscribes for $2 a month and uses the personal tracker. Each ticket gets a citation number, amount, due date, and optional appeal date.
Fine Tracker emails her before the due date. Statuses cover issued, paid, appealed, and waived. It does not scrape city systems or track officers.
If a ticket is shared with a household, she can still keep it on her personal ledger. Group fines are a separate flow.

Does this pay the council or find parking officers?
No. Fine Tracker is your private ledger and reminder. You still pay the official issuer. We do not map enforcement or scrape citation databases.
Why do I have to pay if I am only tracking my own tickets?
Personal tracking is a paid feature. The free path is for people invited into someone else's group. Solo use requires the $2 subscription.
